It’s been a few months since photographing this wonderful trio, they are almost half way through their first year of life. It was a thrill and an honor to be a part of this family’s new beginnings. The family was so blessed that mom carried the babies past 30 weeks and all three of the little miracles were healthy. After only two weeks in the NICU, everyone was at home and ready for their close-up.
It wasa joy to share the session with my dear friend Julie of Uppercase Photography. Oh, the things we accomplish when we get together, it’s amazing! We had prepared ourselves for a marathon session to capture great images of the babies individually and together. The session, however, was very typical in length to other newborn sessions and the babies were so so good to us that day. Blessings!
It is hard to explain the feeling of holding and soothing three babies, truly a miracle. Enjoy!
One of the most asked questions about the sessions is about all the little hats and blankets you might see in images. Clients always want to know if those sweet little pieces are mine, and if I will have them for our session. They are, and I do – but I always enjoy using pieces that are dear to the family. In those images, babies’ grandmother made those hats and blankets for the session. Aren’t they sweet?
