I have more than 15 sessions to blog, might never happen! But the fun I had seeing old clients and meeting new is just irreplaceable – I had a fantastic weekend! It started with my own family’s session. Ohh ahhh – you may get finally to meet Ocean and see her face, she was the best behaved family member at the session. And then Saturday and Sunday was filled with my favorite returning clients. Oh, how much I love seeing those babies grow! But after a chasing them, I feel like I ran a marathon (distance wise, I probably did icon smile Family ) My body hurts and I am so tired, but it’s good tired. I keep telling myself I don’t get to see them too often, so just enjoy the moment! And I did!

Allegedly, it was the last day of Earth and its existence. In reality, it was the very happy first birthday of mister A. I could not believe how much he’s changed since his newborn session. I love seeing my newborns a year later and document the changes. Such an honor! But things don’t always go as smooth as it seems. We met at a local park just at sunrise. Guess what? Park gates were locked! The good thing about relaxed parents is that they just go with a flow. And we shot series of beautiful nature images right at the entrance gate of the park. Sun was just peeking through trees and gave us this gorgeous glow. You have to make the best out of the situation, right icon biggrin downtown baby

This trip was no exception – eleven days left, ten days left……… two days, one…. I was going to Las Vegas to photograph a stunning mom to be – I was looking forward to that more than anything else on this trip! We captured so many gorgeous images – some were planned, some were more spontaneous. But every single one of them is just breathtaking. Will share them soon.
I was also excited for professional photographers convention – meet some photography friends, find out what new products are popular, just keep myself fresh and up to date in photography industry. I find it really important to stay ahead, and keep myself motivated.
I was also super excited about 4 days of teaching newborn posing workshop – I never thought of myself as a teacher, I always felt I did not have that inner power to explain, help people to understand and improve. But I absolutely had a blast – in fact, teaching can get kind of addictive! My dear friend&partner in all kinds of crime Julie and I had lined up more than 20 newborns, all due at the end of February. We only needed 6 models, and having three times more potential babies is a good idea – some were born weeks early, some are still not born. When planning involves newborns, it’s impossible to predict. 2 girls, 4 boys, some well defined moms and dads – it was a blast all around.

I am trying to catch up on orders, deliveries, emails and phone calls. Giving my best to my clients.

Grandma did a phenomenal job saving them and preserving for the future grandkids.
